Mabel has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial practice, including 18 years working with one of the largest provider of integrated business, corporate and investor services in Singapore.
While in corporate secretariat practice she managed a diverse portfolio of clients in various industries which included MNCs, SMEs as well as companies listed on the Singapore Exchange. She also served as the Company Secretary and has extensive advisory experience in statutory compliance and corporate governance.
Prior to joining the firm, she was the Senior Manager for the Business Restructuring Services Department in one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Singapore for 4 years.
Mabel is our Senior Corporate Secretarial Manager and she heads the corporate secretarial team.
