Stephen Sim is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA). Stephen has over 17 years of experience in the public accounting profession.
Prior to joining Heng Lee Seng LLP, he was working in international Big 4, local accounting firms and a public listed company in Singapore.
Stephen Sim has been involved in audit engagements of private and public listed companies in various industries including trading, manufacturing, shipping, construction, information and technology, communications and entertainment, construction, hospitality and services. He also has experience conducting internal audit assignments and has been involved in a number of special assignments including due diligence, SOX audit, special reviews, fraud and investigation audits, and initial public offerings/reverse takeovers (IPO/RTO).
Stephen is our audit director and is in charge of both our external and internal audit teams.
